Driver Registration (per driver)

Camping Information

  1. You must have purchased camping during registration, campers will be checked 
  2. Campers & RVs must unhook from trailers and park in designated parking area
  3. No Electric, Septic, or Water hook up or dumping station; generators are permitted

  • Golf carts are permitted with the following conditions in place:
    1. Driver must hold a valid driver license
    2. Keys cannot be left in the golf cart when unattended, take them with you
    3. If the cart is in the way of the day's function or emergency route, you will be asked to move it
    4. If parking and use gets out of hand, it will be shut down and all golf carts will be confiscated until the end of the event

Parking Information

Friday August 29th – Priority Parking 3:00PM-5:00PM

Friday August 29th – Regular Parking, first come first served 5:00PM-9:00PM

  • if you show up after 9:00PM on Friday, you will be parked starting at 7:00AM on Saturday
  • those arriving Saturday or Sunday morning, please see a BQMRC member for assistance
  • please do not park yourself unless instructed to do so 


  • Please note that if you opt for priority parking, there is a possibility your trailer cannot be removed until Sunday evening or as it is made accessible.
